FIFA President Blatter is visiting Doha in Qatar
FIFA President Blatter visited Doha in Qatar, with a view to the World Cup in 2022. He delivered a speech to the Doha Goals where he emphasized the social side of football. He also pointed out the importance of setting goals in your life.
In addition to the speech, Blatter also visited HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar. This visit was followed by a visit to the headquarters of the Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee, chaired by the Emir. The Committee's Secretary General Hassan Al Thawadi gave a very comprehensive presentation on the current status of the preparations for the Football World Cup in 2022.
Thawadi said he was honored by the visit of FIFA President Blatter and thanked him personally for the attention given to his presentation for a successful 2022 World Cup. The positive feedback from Blatter did the committee very well and was a helping hand on the way to the worldwide football tournament.
The honor was mutual , because the FIFA chairman also indicated to be happy with the meeting with Khalifa Al Thani. He was very impressed with the preparations from Qatar for the 2022 World Cup.
